Planned Paid Delivery
When paid sales open, first verify your buyer email on the customer page using its emailed sign-in code, review the terms and recurring price, and continue to Razorpay. After a confirmed live subscription payment, an activation email will be sent to that verified buyer email. Changing contact details on Razorpay does not change this activation destination. Delivery normally takes a few minutes but can be delayed by payment confirmation or email filtering. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact loomcandid@gmail.com from the buyer address with the order or subscription reference. We will help recover access or refund an undeliverable purchase under the refund policy.
Activation emails come from activation@notify.candidloom.com. They contain an activation ID and code. This activation code is different from the email sign-in code. Redeem the activation ID and code on the activation page, then paste the resulting signed entitlement into the extension's Plan page. Each monthly paid period requires a fresh import; automatic extension renewal is not available. The standard release must support production activation before live purchases open.
Code Expiry And Recovery
Activation codes last at most 24 hours, or until the paid period ends if sooner, and are single use. An expired code does not mean the entire paid subscription has expired. In the planned customer flow, follow Request a new code in the email or the sign-in link on the activation page, verify the same buyer email, and choose Email a new activation code under Your subscription. No previous activation ID is needed, including when the first email is missing. Wait five minutes between requests and use the newest email; replacement invalidates earlier unused codes. Eligibility is checked against your subscription and paid period.
The existing invitation-based sandbox keeps its previous-activation-ID and buyer-email recovery form. If you cannot access the buyer inbox, contact support. Email changes are not self-service in the initial offer.
Keep sign-in codes, activation codes and signed entitlements private. Never email them to support. A refunded-and-cancelled subscription cannot receive a new usable activation after the restriction is applied. An email already in transit may still arrive with an unusable code; an entitlement already imported into the offline extension can remain valid until its displayed expiry. Sandbox codes work only with the labelled sandbox build and cannot activate the production extension.
